I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake and volcanoes. Being a short 5-minute walk from the main town area meant that everything was easily accessible, including delicious restaurants. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff was attentive and the service was top-notch. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of. The attention to detail was evident throughout, with rooms kept clean and in great condition. I especially appreciated the daily cleaning service and the fact that they washed the dishes for us. it was a fantastic experience and great value for money.

My family and I had a lovely time during our Easter stay. The apartment boasted of stunning views and was conveniently located just a short walk from restaurants. The daily cleaning service and willingness of the staff to assist us via WhatsApp made our stay even more comfortable. the apartment was equipped with all the necessary amenities that we needed to cook our meals.

the access to the accommodation was a bit steep, which could be a problem for less mobile guests. the Wi-Fi reception was not strong outside of the living area, and we found some dead insects in the corners of the rooms.
